First it was a phone interview and basically HR questions and then there was a technical interview or I would call it technical assignment which you should do the assignment in a time frame.

Interview
The hiring process starts with hangout interview, focused into your previous experience (based on your CV) , with some (a few) technical details. They give great importance to recommendations. After been approved, you should be requested to complete a small web project, in my case, a .Net MVC integration bootstrap, knockout, SQL, EF, LINQ, store procedures, etc..., which should be completed at most in 5 days. Not difficult is you have previous experience with these technologies.
