IT-Blocks interview questions

I had 3 interviews all of them were short, friendly and professional. The first interview was in the university, no hard questions or technical ones. The 2nd interview was about 3 weeks later due to a national holiday and graduation. The 2nd interview took place in the company itself, no hard questions were in the interview, it was short and friendly, i was asked to fill a job application which was clear. About a week after the interview i was told that i will meet the CEO the next day, which i did for the 3rd and final interview, it was also short and friendly.

the interview was friendly with the HR manager followed an interview with the CEO which was not professional at all, the first word he told me why I'm interviewing you, they told me to meet you and I refused but it's ok we can start now he has a good technical background but the position is targeting business which he is missing, After the interview I got a call that the CEO very excited for me to join the team but he is busy nowadays so wait for 2 weeks & we will get back to you, then I got a call after the two weeks and told me that we will send you an offer now then they disappeared
