      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IT.com in July 2024

      Interview

      The interview process was structured, professional, and clearly communicated. It began with an initial screening call, followed by one or more rounds of interviews depending on the role. Each stage tested different competencies — including technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. The interviewers were respectful, engaging, and open to questions, which made the experience feel collaborative. Feedback was timely, and expectations were clearly outlined at every step, creating a transparent and organized experience from start to finish.
