Interviewer asks questions regarding work history. You must pass a drug test and background check. If the interview process is passed then a full demo work day is required before an offer is made

The initial phone interview was conducted over a traditional voice call by a representative from the recruiting team. The interview started with the ITG representative going into specifics about the role, salary, benefits, etc. That was followed by a rundown through my resume and work history. I was given the freedom to elaborate and/or give as much detail as I felt necessary about each role. Following the resume rundown portion of the call the recruiter explained the next step in the interview process and advised me to be on the lookout for correspondence pertaining to a Teams meeting with hiring managers.
