1. Initial phone screen.
2. Meet with hiring manager.
3. Technical challenge interview, pair programming over a new feature.
4. Cultural Interview.
5. Final interview again with a hiring manager.
Interview process wasn't bad, but it went on a bit too long. It sounded like myself and a few others made it to the final round. After a week and half I received a canned rejection email. Then a week later I saw the exact same job posted. It'd be nice to know why every candidate in the final round was rejected, but I doubt I'll ever know.
