I was emailed about the position and had a phone interview scheduled within a few days of that initial contact. The actual interview was very casual and relaxed. I was offered a job within a week of the interview.

It is different for everyone but I did a video interview (general questions i.e. why ITW, what was a time you accomplished something, conflict with another individual, etc.), then a phone interview with the director of the department I worked in, and then a Skype interview with the same director and the team I would work with.
