The hiring proccess is around 3-4 steps (all interviews, no challenge/technical exercise).
All of them around 40-60 minutes each, I had to describe my professional experience, my background, type of project I've worked with and also why I was looking for a new opportunity (currently employed).
One thing that bothered me a little bit was the repetition of the speech.
The second and the third interview was conducted by different people. Initially I met the UX Mentor and the UX Coordinator, we spoke about thecnical processes, design and got deep into one project I've worked with.
The third interview I was talking with the Account Managers of different customers, but basically saying the same things I've already talked about previously.
This way, it was very repetitive and exhausting for me. It would be a lot more helpful if the account managers of the potential customers (from the available positions) were on the second technical meeting as well.
Overall, the proccess were fine and they provided feedback constantly. No ghosting and no delays.
I was not approved for the position, but everyone that I met was very polite and nice. Hope it works next time.
