It was pretty straightforward.
Firstly, I got an invitation for aptitude test, I passed and got an update the following week for team evaluation and interview. Both happened thesame day and only those who passed the team evaluation advanced to the one on one interview stage. Immediately after my interview they requested for my documents.

Interview
The first Stage of Interview was an aptitude test. Second stage was a group evaluation and the last was a face to face interview. It was not a tedious process but the interviews do not all happen on the same day.
