The company was very quick to respond to my application and move through the process. The first screening interview covered general background and employment history, then the second call covered scenario questions. Almost every question was a variation on how I would motivate a team to work faster. I didn't get a response when I asked about the general business plan for the next couple of years, C suite employees should have been able to answer this. It didn't seem like a great fit, we ghosted each other after the second round.
