For the most part there is none depending on the position applied for, obviously the higher the position the more in depth the interview. Its a simple meet and greet discussing if you can do what will be asked from you.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Iconic Marine Group (Washington, NC) in May 2018
Interview
I was first contacted by a third party recruiter to schedule a phone interview. I had the phone interview scheduled on Monday afternoon with the hiring manager (basic questions about process engineering). The next day, the recruiter contacted me again to set up an onsite interview that Friday. The day consisted of a plant tour, lunch with the hiring manager and HR manager, a 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager, and a discussion with some people on the engineering team. Overall, the interview went really well, and I received an offer. However, I reluctantly decided to turn it down because I did not feel it was a good fit.
