i got this interview through a job fair, i got called for an interview the same day, then i interviewed the very next day, when i went in for my interview, there was 3 other people who were scheduled for the same time, and who ever came in first got to interview first, the initial interview was less than 5 minutes long, very generic, i interviewed with the CEO herself, which i didn't expect, got asked two questions, what is your biggest weakness, and why do you want to work for our company.
