You get an initial call from an internal recruiter, they do a very basic pre interview and then schedule an interview. They have a 3-4 interview round interview process. Very much overkill for position. I got an in person interview. Very informal, some of the questions ask are borderline illegal. If you don't get selected to move forward in the interview process, you have contact the recruiter to get a status, they basically ghost you.
