Initial very relaxed face to face interview then a design test over a week time. A second face to face interview followed with a senior designer. I had to present my design test and go through my process while answering questions and explain design decisions. A second similar design test followed to be sent back within a weeks time. All interviewers were very welcoming and very relaxed.
