The interview process is unnecessarily lengthy. You go through a phone interview first, then they will have you do a video call interview, then an in person interview that also includes a shadow. Then after a few days to a week, they will either send out an offer, or you will likely just not hear back.

Are you okay with potentially losing any sort of nursing skills while working in this position due to not needing to use them? What made you want to work in aesthetic nursing? Are you able to work efficiently in a team setting?
