As opposed to the other reviews, I believe the interview process was really easy. I completed an over the phone interview as well as a Skype interview with the Regional manager and I would describe the entire process as simple. They are basically concerned with the end all question, how would your skills/attributes contribute to our company and why? The work shadowing was simple and was basically a test as to whether you fit in with the "Ideal Image" or not, think of an "old boys" sort of network but female oriented and just as 2015-time period challenged. I did not do well with the job shadowing portion and quite frankly I am glad that I did not.

Question 1
How did you sell something knowing the company down the street sold the same thing for a lower price?
Long, thought out, and genuine. My interviewer was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. She complimented me and also gave me many tips. I was offered a second interview and that was even longer and more difficult but made me feel like they truly wanted to get to know me, and they liked me!
