Interview
Just regular interview that flows like a conversation. It went well because it was with the CEO but he just likes to get to know you. Not difficult. Just bring up some aspect of faith into it as well.
Interview with company leader, tour the office, and hear about the impact of the company. Ideal Impact focuses on hiring good people and training them skills. Interview is based upon passion, behavior, and if the candidate is aligned with the company's mission.
