After I applied, we had phone interview.
Next, they gave tasks to me by email and after completing them I never heard from them back. Looks like a scam to me to get new users and ideas.

Hey! New management checking in here. Excuse the extremely long delay in responding. I'm sorry you had this experience. The company was a lot different back when you applied. Our new leadership would never let something like this happen. I hope you found a good role!
