I was called by this company about 12 hours after I posted my resume on Careerbuilder. They set up an interview for me within 2 days. I tried researching the company but found nothing online. After doing some digging, I found that they have been under many names in the past including Chicago Storm and many other names. I read bad reviews about those places. The reviews stated that it was not a marketing position, but rather, a door-to-door makeup sales job. I called them the night before the interview and specifically asked if the position was for door-to-door sales of any kind. The HR woman stated that it was not. She said "We are a legitimate marketing company." I got dressed in my best attire as they had requested business professional, went to their offices, and waited for my interview. The interview went well and was pretty easy until the woman from HR described what the job would entail. She used a thesaurus list of words for "door-to-door sales" without actually using that word. I stopped the interview at that point and left.
