Ignite interview questions

If I write down here what my experience with this company it would take ages and you wouldn't believe me. I have never seen such an unprofessional organization in my life. Even calling it an organization is a mistake because I can assure you that if I applied for a job in any vape shop, they would manage this process more professionally. they asked me to prepare a quarter based business plan for their products and present it to them via Teams. They postponed this meeting 5 times and I had to remind them to send me a video call invitation every time. I also couldn't even get any confirmation for any scheduled meetings they didn't show up or cancel last minute. Finally, I showed them my presentation and they wanted me to email that presentation to them and I was told that they would conclude the hiring process in a week and I would be kept updated regarding their decision. It's been a month, guess what happened? They didn't even get back to me. I can't imagine how terrible would it be to work with them, lucky me. Keep away for your mental health guys.
