Ignite Search & Selection interview questions

a senior recruiter reached out to me via linked in, the guy offered me a job and asked for my CV and contact details, then immediately called me and conducted the first or initial interview, afterwards he promised to share further feedback on a certain day after getting back to the hiring manager, and on the day he promised, he shared nothing, so i waited for a couple of days then tried to follow up, got nothing again, then a few days i tried again to follow up, He just started reading the messages and ignoring them completely!!! highly unproffesional which makes you wonder how do they even treat their employees, if that's how they treat possible candidates
