Thank you for the feedback, the issue with the entire process was that we tried to fit a referral profile, we give utmost importance to referrals and value the current employee so much that we finished first few rounds really fast. Unfortunately, in a dynamic product based company the referral profile cannot be force fitted with 40% to 50% match, hence the support vertical came into picture. Apologies that you had to go through the waiting time, but not all interviews are held the same way. We went out of our way trying to accommodate a referral profile and involved the Chairman as well. Sorry that it did not work and I am sure, you will find the best match elsewhere. Negative reviews help us grow and the learning in this case is that we should reject on day 1 rather than trying and going out of the way.
