I originally applied for this job in March time, interviews were held in July and I didn’t start until late October. Face to face interview, followed by artistry test and then a short meeting with management

I first had a phone interview with the HR team mainly on how I found out about the job role , why I am applying and my experience. I then moved on to a face to face interview with Area Manager. The interview was mainly about sales, how to increase a sale etc. A week later I got booked on to a trade test which was about 45 mins to an 1 hour long. You have to be able to apply makeup and sell the products. Learn about the products before going to the trade test. This is very help as they expect you to be selling the products while doing a makeover.
