I was introduced by a recruiter I had worked with before. He said the company was in a hot market, had a great team, and a great product. The process was lengthy but not well structured. I met with just about everyone on the leadership team. Most of the discussions were more conversation than a real interview. Most of the questions were superficial.

I have to be honest. This was strange. Very nice people but with pie in the sky vision and little to no ability to execute. Trying to build a product...but without employees who have built a product before. The process was fast and they pushed for a hire quickly.

Repeated discussions with sr mgmt. More revolving around what you can do for them and what contacts do you have. Lots of emphasis around your networking and ability to introduce them into accounts and relationships. There were repeated pitches to build your own business under their umbrella. Poor benefits don't help. No 401K. Immature organization.
