Interview
First impression was not great as I walked in to find 4-5 people working in a room the size of my living room with mis-matched furniture, only to find the CEO/Owner's office was the same size as the main office. The CEO bragged about his Porsche 911, said the job was 40 hours a week in office PLUS 45-60 minutes every night at 9 pm to conference call with the factory in Asia. When asked why the additional hour isn't worked into the 40 hour work week, I was told it's a management position and therefore expected. He offered me the job on the spot and asked my salary expectations, then countered with 20k less than what I asked. When I pointed out I was already on the low end because I was eager to get back to work, he said "Well it's more than EI, right?". One and only time I've ever walked out of an interview. It's been 10 years and I see the same job posted every 6-12 months.

Interview
Easy, short, and not that professional. You do not need any prerequisite or background to go through the interview. The interviewer tries not to give you any details about the manager,s personality
