The screening round was conducted over a telephone call, following which two interview rounds were scheduled with the COO and CPO at Illumine's Head Office. During the discussion, the COO, Mr. Sam, felt it would be beneficial for me to have detailed discussions with two of their team leads to further assess my fit for the role and provide me with a deeper understanding of the team's work. Overall, all the discussions were highly interactive, engaging, and informative. They provided valuable insights into the organization, its culture, and the expectations associated with the role.
