Illums Bolighus interview questions

One hour, group interview. Competed against four other candidates for one full-time and one part-time position. Store manager and the department managers led the interview. Candidates were asked to introduce themselves and answer some questions. I did not get an offer or response. I'm pretty sure that this is because I have no prior work experience. The other candidates either had a bachelor's degree or work experience. Another reason might also be that I am switching to a new degree which may not have allowed me to work as much as the managers would like. They were specifically looking for an employee that could stay in the position for a long time. The managers were polite and friendly, as was the other candidates, but I was very disappointed not to receive any response at all.
