      Marketing and Sales Coordinator Interview

      8 Apr 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Image360 in Feb 2020

      Interview

Phone Interview, Personality Test, and then on-site. Phone Interview went well with the VP/Co-owner (VP) of the franchise. But when the on-site came they showed no regard at all for my time. I arrived for the interview 15 minutes before the scheduled time of 11:30 as it is customary to arrive early but not too early. The interview didn't start until 11:45 almost as the owner was out and about doing personal errands. The meeting was supposed to be with the entire team. However the VP joined in from Skype all the way from Florida, the daughter who the CEO/Owner said is grooming her to take over the business so they can qualify for women-owned business grants left two minutes into the interview with no apology or anything which I found extremely rude. The VP said I would hear back in two weeks regarding a decision. Two weeks past, so I sent a follow-up. Nothing. So I sent one again after a few days. Nothing again. After the phone interview stage, the whole process became entirely unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for my time. It won't surprise me if that franchise location goes under. Especially since in my background research, none of them have business degrees or a certificate in business.
