The process consisted of three rounds:
Round 1 (Screening): A telephonic screening with the recruiter to discuss my professional background, current responsibilities, and behavioral questions to gauge cultural fit.
Round 2 (Technical with CTO): A discussion with the Chief Technology Officer. This round focused on System Design, a deep dive into my current projects, and specific frontend optimization strategies.
Round 3 (Final with CEO): This round focused on domain understanding and analytical thinking. It involved a mix of technical discussions—specifically regarding image processing logic.
Overall Experience: The conversations were insightful, and the leadership team seemed very hands-on. The questions revolved around real-world challenges the team faced while building the product. I was very happy with the efficiency and quality of the overall process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ImageKit in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process began with a fantastic conversation. The founder gave me a clear picture of the company, ensuring I understood the role and what to expect. They then followed up with a conversation to learn about my background and experience. Before the final round, I created a document based on a specific problem statement they provided. The final interview focused entirely on this document, allowing for a deep dive.
What impressed me most was the founder's active involvement throughout the process!
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ImageKit (Bengaluru) in June 2023
Interview
Overall, the interview process was pretty decent. Not as sophisticated and comprehensive as the MAFANG giants; moderate focus on DSA; more focus on fundamentals and analytical abilities of the candidate
