Imagine Learning Customer Success Manager interview questions

The interview started with a 5 question video recording. Each question popped up on the screen and you were given 30 seconds of prep time. You were given two minutes to answer the question to its fullest. You were then moved on to the next question

Met with hiring manager. Then met with 2 team members. Made a presentation and received an offer. Overall, it was bland, and there really weren’t many questions asked. The process remained the same during my time at the company.
