I applied through other source. I interviewed at Immigrant Justice Corps (New York, NY)
Interview
Terrible experience on zoom with four disinterested employees reading out multi-pronged questions, some of which were essentially the same; no engagement possible and clearly they were reading emails or texting during my answers
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were looking for 3 to 5 (in one case) descriptors to answer each multi-prong question during zoom interview; there was no room for a naturally flowing conversation because the questions were like runaway trains
The interview was with the recruitment manager, fellowship director, and a current fellow, and was conducted over Zoom (about 30 minutes long). Mostly basic questions about interest in the position and in immigration law, etc.

Question 1
Think of a complex theory you know well, and describe it as simply and in as few words as possible.
I applied online. I interviewed at Immigrant Justice Corps (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Fairly simple and since I am passionate about that career sector, everything felt easy to discuss. The individuals who I spoke with were super friendly and made me feel welcome.
