Immoweb Segment Manager interview questions

Too many interviews, then in the end I needed to deliver a one-hour business proposal. They has clarified that it was meant as an example of how I analyzed data but in reality then they did want me to tell them what to do. I dont know why I even agreed because they told me there were other candidates with more experience.
