I went through five interviews - two with an agency and three with the company, initial phone, then Skype, then in person. They probed and probed and probed, the last interview was with the female CEO of the company - CEO's wife, and it was almost two hours long of grilling and her underhanded insults and sarcastic remarks. They think that their company is amazing but they barely have a product. Not a good culture, they ask you about your references again and again, starting salary 35k plus commission for five interviews and two personality tests very much not worth it. Interview questions included what do you have the least patience with at work. How do you handle pressure? Tell me something that I don't know about you? Is money important to you? Which was your favorite job out the ones listed on your resume and why? Which was your least favorite? Talk about an ethical dilemma and how you handled it?
