First Round: Behavioral plus case (standard consulting interview format) Second Round: Case in pairs ( format changes every year) As social may or may not be included each year. Dress your best and try to mingle with at least 2-3 people from Impact and around 2-3 people also gunning for the job. Your behavior with with colleagues matter a lot at this firm. Try to find your business partners.
