3 rounds--Telephonic, Skype and F2F --Basic questions about work experience where they will try to gauge your fitment into the organization --F2F had a few practical questions wherein you will need to provide strategies for certain situations that they will give

Totally there were two rounds. first was Technical round which went very well. and next was HR round and which went good, just there was a discussion on roles and responsibilities and also on package discussion. And HR informed that we will release an offer soon, but after few days when i checked again, they informed that we made the position to HOLD and we will be able to decide after few months whether we need QA position or not. I think this was very bad experience i faced ever. if that is the case, should not be called for the Interview itself.
