There was a phone interview, followed by an on-site interview. Getting time with the manager was tough, so the interview was done over their lunch break. The interview was a sit down in the managers office, we spent the first few minutes talking about personal things- sports, the drive, then we went right into the interview. The manager asked about basic Project Management questions. How many years? What types of PM work was done, give examples. Over all I liked the Managers interviewing style- very comfortable- easy, non pressured approach. Once the interview was over, there was very little time before getting the offer.
