I met with eight people across the org, including the CEO, CHRO, VP of Sales, and SVP of Customer Success. Despite the number of interviews, it never felt over or underwhelming. Each conversation was comfortable and engaging, it felt more like a true dialogue than your standard interview Q&A.
What stood out most was how aligned the team was on priorities, culture, and the value of experience. Everyone I spoke with genuinely cared about building something meaningful—not just for customers, but for employees too.
