Recruiter contacted me. Started via phone followed by many on-sight interviews. After all the rounds, they changed their mind on what they really wanted. They should be clear in their mind what they want first before starting the interview process.

Pretty standard, two levels of hr screening. It’s pretty clear Thales team is making the decisions. Nothing surprising or unique. Definitely in a transition, not clear what the ongoing vision is.

Applied online. Got automated email about a week later asking me to schedule time using recruiter’s calendar app. Got confirmation email. Recruiter never showed up. Sent her an email asking about possibly rescheduling. No response. Pathetic. Think I dodged a bullet with this company.
