I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Imperyo (Watford, East of England, England) in July 2016
Interview
The interview process was very unfair. They were not clear exactly what the role would entail, and suggested that the sales part of the job would be to people who were actually interested, not door to door. I had to drive to the destination (Hackney) with Imperyo employees. The door to door sales technique was terrible. They convinced a vulnerable man to let them go inside his house. The employee was on the mans phone trying to get him to buy their product while he was unaware.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Imperyo (Watford, East of England, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
Day one basic interview with little to no discussion of the role of the job and expectations. I was called back the next day for a days observation which turned out to be cold calling door to door sales in residential areas. Decided the job wasn't for me after half an hour of observation.
