I had applied through online for the job title 'Senior Business Analyst', As soon as the HR 'Indu' has received my email, she called me and started gathering information about my experience in the field. I really appreciate the response by her. The next day I had a telephonic round of interview with the board member for the position applied and confirmed for the next round which is 1:1 in Chennai, Unfortunately The COO was in another location and He came down to Chennai for Interviewing me. I am surprised that a COO came to Chennai to Interview me all the way. It was a 2 Hour Interview discussed on both Professional and personal, The HR and COO gave me space to discuss very straight forward , I had raised my queries and they responded too. The queries which I had raised might be considered as an attitude statement by other companies, but they understood and answered for it. I really loved the way of interview and taken quick decision. I had been offered on the same day of final round of interview and I accepted the offer. It was a great Interview, I had appeared so far. I would like to place one more information, I had placed for the location Coimbatore but due to my personal commitment I requested the HR and Management to relocate me from Coimbatore to Chennai, Without any showing hesitation they did it too. and now I am in Chennai and Happily working.
