I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Implantable Provider Group (IPG) (Alpharetta, GA) in Nov 2012
Interview
A phone interview with hiring manager. The position title changed in the interview process. The hiring manager felt that the current title did not reflect the position. I was not sure what position I was applying for at the end of the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Implantable Provider Group (IPG) (Alpharetta, GA) in June 2015
Interview
The process began with a telephone interview, which was conducted by the head of the department which I applied for. The manager began with introductory questions pertaining to my resume, knowledge of IPG, and my interest in working for a company like IPG. At the conclusion of the interview, the manager invited me to interview in person with the company in Atlanta. At the time, I was living in the NE, so the travel was difficult. The manager was understanding and accommodating, so my interviews (all of them) took place back-to-back on the same day, so I would not have to commute a second time. Four higher-ups interviewed me with a diverse set of questions for each individual, and they also followed up on a behavioral survey which I was asked to complete prior to the interview.

Interview
This was the smoothest and most professional interview process I've had the opportunity to go through. I started by submitting my resume online and then was contacted for a quick, 30 minute phone interview.
I was then brought in for a face-to-face interview that began with meeting the Marketing Manager followed by a 30 minute Power Point and Excel test in which I was given basic templates and had to recreate some simple marketing material they used. Upon completion of the test, I met with the VP of Marketing and then the VP of HR.
After the initial round of face-to-face interviews, I was brought in one last time to meet with three directors from different departments within IPG. It was my understanding that all the departments work closely together, so the Marketing Department valued the other manager/director's opinions.
