I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Imply (Bengaluru) in June 2022
Interview
The best interview process I had. The recruiter was incredibly easy-going and well organized. Scheduling all of the interviews was straightforward, and each interviewer was transparent. The recruiter and I were in different time zone but She organized the interview by keeping the time zone in mind.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was generally related to skills required for Tech Support and my daily work.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Imply in June 2020
Interview
1. Spoke with recruiter
2. Spoke with manager of Support team
3. Spoke with Technical Solutions Evangelist
#1 and #2 conversations went very well. Both the recruiter and the manager were friendly, helpful and informative throughout the process.
#3 was one of the worst interviewing experiences I've ever had. He didn't tell me anything about his position, how long he had been at the company, or what the TSE role was like. I wasn't even asked if I had any questions for him. He seemed more interested in gathering information about my current company and our product to see if we were a competitor to Imply (he asked me what our ARR was for example). I was constantly cut off during the interview and barely had a chance to talk about my current role or technical skills. At the end of the interview he asked me a puzzle question, which are outdated and irrelevant to the prospective role itself. When I struggled to answer the question and asked what the relevance was he immediately ended the interview.
In a way it was a great interview as it let me know who I would be working with, and I have zero interest in being a team member with someone as rude and unprofessional as that.
