Overall it was a positive end to end experience from application to the offer stage. Throughout the process I always felt like a "candidate" while at other companies I felt more like an "applicant". For example with the Recruiting team they'd often reach out to me proactively so I did not have to chase them for status or progress. The interviews were "conversational" where there was an authentic effort to both learn more about me and also allow me lots of time to ask questions to learn more about the company or interviewer.
