Phone screen with an HR contractor who asked checklist questions and could not answer any questions about the role at all. The job description was removed from the website because "they had too many applicants". For an HR company, Impraise selected an HR professional who acted quite poorly and didn't make the company mission or business value stand out. (I say this without malice because I wasn't selected but as someone with extensive marketing and leadership roles. I sent a thank you email and asked for the job description, which the HR recruiter neglected to send to me. Instead, I received a canned rejection email. A company that sells open feedback and refuses to do the same for candidates. Awful.

Question 1
Do you have experience working with senior leadership in terms of content creation?
Hi there, we're sorry to read that you had a disappointing recruitment experience and we really appreciate you taking the time to write a review so that we can learn from it. At Impraise we #embracechange which is also about learning and growing from our experiences. We've made sure to share this feedback with our recruiter and will be working together to create a stronger process. All the best and thank you again - Anna Pearson, People Ops Manager
