I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at InComm (São Paulo, São Paulo) in May 2023
Interview
Three steps: I was discovered in Linked by a Brazilian recruiter. - Interview with recruiter - Online Test - Interview with manager At least that is what I got in my process. The process itself is a big joke... First of all, they don't deliver you an answer about the status, you're only discarded and is thrown into a limbo. The interview with the manager was the worst one... He keeps asking you specific questions, like programmers were a machine for memorizing things instead of checking experience, portfolio and concepts. Worst experience ever...
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at InComm (Atlanta, GA) in June 2015
Interview
Two rounds of telephonic screening and a skype interview. Got offer after probably 1hr long interview. Accepted and then joined in a month. Got the opportunity via linkedin. Everything went very well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Spring framework questions. Java questions and JSF questions. One logical puzzle.
