I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at InGenius Prep in July 2019
Interview
I had two phone interviews that felt more like conversations. I was able to ask plenty of questions and was put at ease from the onset. They thoroughly explained all aspects of the position and were very accommodating and flexible.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at InGenius Prep (New Haven, CT) in Apr 2025
Interview
Over the course of five weeks, I submitted an application, had a face-to-face virtual interview, performed trial tasks, answered follow-up questions, then received a job offer, which I graciously accepted. Terrific recruiter and promising atmosphere.
They move super fast. The interview wasn’t particularly hard (though it was a while ago) and I just talked about my interests and experience and got an offer quickly. Stress free and seamless process.
Overall, it was pretty straightforward. Went through 2 rounds of interviews along with a set of trial tasks. The first round was more general while the second was specifically about any admissions experience, etc. The trial tasks were relatively straightforward as well, and I was glad they didn't have me do multiple rounds of tasks.
