2 days of interviews in person - met with several team leads on the first round then next round was department head and final interview was with the COO. All seemed pretty standard, but I also had a previous coworker who was on the executive board and got my resume in the right hands with a recommendation. I think I got pretty easy after talking with several others who went through multiple rounds of interviews over 2-3 months.
