The interview process was very challenging (in a good way!). It was obvious that the CXO took the role of UX/UI very seriously, which was exciting to see. Unfortunately, the recruiting communication was abysmal - giving me the runaround on my follow up, pushing back THEIR self set deadlines on when an offer would or would not be extended. When I let them know that I had a deadline on other offers received, the recruiter went out of his way to imply that I was all but assured a position in the several they had opened - it was only after I let those other offers expire that I was told I would not be moving forward. The process came off as slimy and manipulative. No hard feelings towards the rest of the InMotion team or the CXO, but both recruiters I worked with lacked integrity imo.
