I applied online. I interviewed at InPost (Warsaw, Masovia) in June 2024
Interview
Live coding interview, 2 parts.
1 ) Theory about java, spring, spring batch, postgres, rabbitmq
2) Practical. They sent me .zip with java/maven/spring boot project, where i had to do different tasks described in readme. It was mostly refactoring of tests, rewriting code to stream API, finding a bug in a service method, making class immutable, adding additional features close to real ones on their project.
In general interviewer was very kind, gave directions, stopped you if you started doing something wrong. This is the kind of interview you want to get on and do your best and then not filling like a peace of sh*t after. I created this review right after the interview, but on my opinion i failed a little in practical part and taking into consideration amount of applied people I think they won't invite me on next stage.

Interview
There was this third party who took the interview on Inpost behalf.
The interviewer was coldly asking some questions as some AI would do and they did not told me what to expect out of this interview.
