2nd interview was on a video call with 5 or 6 of the Inalab employees. This also included a technical portion and questions about work history. They didn't have their cameras on which was a bit strange but everyone was respectful for the most part

First HR to get to second interview.
Second Group Panel which was conducted via TEAMS. Everyone but the BD Director turned on their cameras. Because of that and his demeanor during the interview process BD Director seemed a bit sketchy. Also job advertised is not what they really want.
Post interview they went silent. I had to follow-up with the HR person to find out if I was under consideration or not.

First a call with HR recruiter to see if you are a good fit. Second is an hour worth of technical questions that were all situational and pretty difficult. No questions about your background or soft skills questions.
