Applied online. I was contacted by the recruiter. Did 1 phone interview (30 mins). 3 Skype interviews (30 mins each). One of the interviewers had something else come up, and I wasn't informed so it was rescheduled. After getting very positive feedback from the interviewers, they flew me to Cambridge. Started with a presentation, and I ended up doing a day-long 30 min interviews with many people in the company. I was contacted 3 days later to ask for references. I provided my references, and then received a phone call saying that I will be extended an offer within the week. This was in the beginning of March. I've reached out to them after a few weeks of no contact, and then they told me they were interviewing other candidates. It is now June, and I still haven't heard a yes or a no from them. It was very unprofessional of them to extend an "informal" confirmation saying that I will get an offer, then going absolutely no contact. I would've totally understood if they simply said "No".
